Hello! My name is Cynthia Parcells and I'm very excited to serve as an Assistant Principal at West Creek Elementary School and Rossview Elementary School. I received my Bachelor's degree in Geosciences, as well as, my Master's in Teaching from Austin Peay State University and my Administrator's License from Carson-Newman University. I am currently pursuing my Ed.D from Carson-Newman, as well. I began my career in education in 2007, teaching high school and middle school science before moving to administration. I am a wife and mom of three precious kiddos and love spending my time outside of school with my family. I am passionate about empowering all students to achieve success in the classroom in order to prepare them for their future.
