A graduate of Johnson University in Knoxville, TN, I spent a year teaching in China before I accepted a position at CMCSS. I have a bachelor's degree in Theology, a bachelor's degree in Education, and a Master's degree in Holistic Education. At Kirkwood Middle, I used to teach 7th Grade World History and 8th Grade U.S. History. I currently teach 6th Grade Computer Science and 7th and 8th Grade Career Explorations. I am also the Afterschool Program Coordinator. I also lead the Foreign Travel Program with EF Tours at Kirkwood. This is my 11th year teaching.
